The Management Team:

ALFONSO C. TELLO - President, P.E., P.L.S.

Mr. Tello is a disabled veteran that joined the firm in 1969 and is actively engaged in the design of subdivision improvements for various private developers, including the preparation of plats and surveys. He is also in charge of running and overseeing the Investigation Department's activities. In addition, Mr. Tello also runs the Storm Water Management Section which is credited with numerous basin and storm water modeling studies. Mr. Tello is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor and Engineer.

MARK S. JOHNSON – Secretary-Treasurer, P.L.S.

Mr. Johnson joined the firm in 2003.  He is responsible for all aspects of project management and personnel management. He was previously office manager of Schwebke-Shiskin's South office before moving to the corporate headquarters. Recent projects include the re-banking of Homestead Miami Speedway.  Mr. Johnson is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.

HERNANDO J. NAVAS - Executive Vice President, P.E.

Mr. Navas joined the company in 1992 as a Project Engineer after being a Project Engineer for a potable water plant expansion project for Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department and after working for the City of Miami Public Works Department. He now oversees all aspects of the Civil Engineering activities of the firm, which include master planning, roadway design, earthwork, stormwater management studies and modeling, site development design, site development feasibility studies, utility plans, permitting and construction administration. Mr. Navas has a vast amount of design, permitting and construction experience throughout the State of Florida. This experience allows him to negotiate innovative designs that save our clients time and money during the construction process. Mr. Navas reputation accompanied by our company history and his constant involvement during the permitting process allows our firm to have great open door relationship with the governmental agencies. Mr. Navas is a licensed Professional Engineer.
