The Palms at Town and Country Mall

This project dealt with the complete re-development and conversion of the original 363,528 square-foot enclosed mall to a 400,000 plus square-foot Mediterranean open-air shopping complex.Our Civil Engineering department was responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration for all the infrastructure improvement for the development of the site.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fifth and Alton

This project entails the construction of a 5 story, 248,098 square-feet of retail market space and its supporting 1,081 parking stall garage. Our Civil Engineering department was responsible for the design, permitting and construction administration for all the infrastructure improvement for the site. The project was voted "Best Retail Construction Design" by Engineering News Record in their "Best of the Best 2010

 

 

 

 

 

 

Homestead Miami Speedway

Provided all surveying work related to the track reconfiguration at the Miami Homestead Speedway. This work involved establishing the variable super elevation of the spiral vertical curves in turns one, two, three and four. In addition to this work, other general land surveying services were also provided.
